Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coast Containers, we hope that you are happy with your newly purchased container parts & accessories.

All sales on parts and accessories are final unless you receive a defective or damaged item which may be returned within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. *Container sales are final and are not covered within this return policy.*

Please note: We only accept returns when:

  1. The product received was defective.
  2. The product was damaged during the shipping process.

We do not accept returns for any other reason, such as:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Ordering the wrong item.
  3. Dissatisfaction with the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

To start the return process, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a return label along with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days and credit it to your original method of payment.
  • If your exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the return process.
